The most common question we get is 'should I get small, medium or large boxes'.   I would recommend medium or large boxes; however since 2020, there is little difference in the boxes, except that small boxes will always have three items, medium boxes will always have six and large boxes will always have nine.  Those items may consist of event gifts, or they may consist of boosters, energy, pop bonuses, wardrobe slots, photos or album slots or cash.  It is entirely random and whether you use diamonds or fight in the Arena, it makes no difference. My preference is to buy all medium boxes and take my chances, but I will sometimes buy a couple of large boxes and a couple of small with all the rest being medium.  Sometimes, I use diamonds and sometimes, I duel.  It makes no difference to what I receive.

Another question is how many boxes do I need to get all event gifts.  There is no definitive answer to this question.  As I have explained, what you get is entirely random and you may buy 30 boxes and get what we term 'empty boxes' - they being boxes with no event gift, but consisting entirely of pop bonuses, energy, cash etc.  It is extremely unlikely, but theoretically possible.  Therefore, a definitive answer can't be given.  Many would suggest about 50 boxes, but again, there is no guarantee!
