How To Add Picture Comments to a Feed.

Messages use BBCode.  This means you will need to use an image from the Internet.  Note:  The internet address must begin with https:// - images behind unencrypted addresses will not be displayed.  If you want to use a personal image, or an edited image, you will need to upload it to an image hosting site, such as Imgur.  Once you have your picture ready and have copied the internet address, go to the feed of the person you are visiting, and click on Feed

Now, it's time to add the picture and some text if you wish ...

If you have prepared your photo using Imgur.com, you will have the bbcode [img] and [/img] surrounding the image, so you can just paste it into the Feed.  If you don't have code around your internet address, you will need to add it.  There are two ways to do it - manually or using the icons provided.

Manually, you would type [img]put internet address here[/img]  Note that the END code always begins with a forward slash.  If you get them the wrong way around, your image won't  post.

This is how the code should look before you send it.  The arrow is pointing to the icon you need to click on if you choose not to enter the code manually.   You will need to insert your image address between [img] and [/img].

Take note of the syntax ...

start code - internet address (no spaces) - end code - text

Click on Send and you're done.

Because I am returning visits whenever someone visits me, I keep my comment for the day ready in a Notepad document.  Then, I can just copy and paste it.  It makes life a lot easier.

Although we can visit, and comment, every day, we can only vote three times within a 168 hour period (one week)  HOWEVER, if you have access to a *VPN, you can vote every day  by making it active.
